Genius School is a registered Nevada 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing education, AI readiness, and workforce development pathways for adults, youth, and families in Southern Nevada. All programs are delivered through community partnerships and nonprofit cohorts — not sold as commercial courses.
Most people are not struggling because they lack skills — they are struggling because no one has helped them identify which skills are theirs, and how those skills create economic value.
Genius School provides that upstream intervention. We serve Southern Nevada adults who are unemployed, underemployed, or economically fragile — giving individuals the clarity to enter workforce systems with intention rather than desperation.
We unify three systems the new economy separated: human development, financial literacy, and workforce readiness.
Genius School operates as a community intermediary — connecting individuals to the right resources while building the structural partnerships that make those connections sustainable over time.
We work in formal collaboration with workforce development boards, employers, community colleges, and community nonprofits to create shared intake, shared outcomes data, and coordinated service delivery. Our model is not referral. It is integration.
